Hi there, what I would recommend is to regularly wash your hair, I take multivitamins, after my hair is fully dry from washing it I oil my roots and massage my head for circulation, I also flip my hair upside down and rub my scalp to promote blood flow. I also recommend to avoid keeping your covered and tied up at home because it damages the roots. I used coconut oil, but almond oil would be good too. Or any hair oil from India. I hope this helps 🙏

Try tying it with a rubber band! I did it loose so it can easily flatten under the Patka and it doesn't pop out
