It's a pre-order bonus that can't be turned off. You had to complete something in GTA Online before the RDR2 released and you got a double action revolver for it. Only unlocks after Chapter 1 for some reason.

It is hands down the best single player story game I’ve ever played in my life. Been gaming for 16 years. Never been so impressed with a game. Other than when I played the halo series but that’s a whole different category of game, can’t really compare the two. Loving this video man. Gonna watch all 3!

That gambler Challenge is awful as someone who Plays Blackjack IRL no gambler in their right mind would hit thrice. two better alternatives would be hit on 16 three times not in a Row but simply 3 times. or get Blackjack 3 times again not in a Row. That would have been far more Reasonable.

Arthur already knows the recipes for small game, improved and fire arrows. I craft them when I ride back to camp after Valentine the first time.
