I'm playing Hitman 3's NEW gamemode FREELANCER. It's so much fun, and I tried to complete a lot of the missions in complete stealth but as you can see, I totally failed and it didn't turn out exactly how I wanted to, so I had to play the game like it's VALORANT. *Peepo Shrug* I'm not all too certain Myself yet my two cents would be that its just his dry topical humor usually poking fun at somewhat serious topics like when he did that Vivek Ramaswamy in GTA Role-play. In short its him Satirizing People who go there or benefit from that unjust hierarchy or maybe I'm overthinking it and He's just being a goofy little Goober.
Yet seen he does chose that Level the most so might as well just be easier to clear with a good rating and a solid Warm Up : )
