    Mr. C - 68 yo male with unstable angina and needs reinforcement teaching for cardiac catheterization scheduled for this morning
    Ms. J- 45 yo female who experienced chest pain at night and now experiencing chest pain. She is scheduled for a graded exercise test later today
    Mr R - 75 yo male with left hemisphere stroke 4 days ago
    Ms S- 83 yo female with heart disease, history of MI, and mild dementia
    Mr B- 93yo male newly admitted from long term care facility with decreased urine output, altered LOC, and elevated temp of 99.5F (37.5C)
    Mr L- 59yo male with mild SOB and chronic emphysema

    For the question that the answer was notify the provider for a client with shortness of breathe which is an emergent situation, are we not supposed to intervene in an emergent situation? Why do we need to notify the provider instead of intervening at that moment?
