You start by going to the NMC website on Google just search “NMC online” then complete the search eligibility test. Once you complete it, it will tell you if you have all the documents you need and the next steps to follow.

In Kenya there is a difference if you're employed in the county. In most private hospitals in Kenya, there's no difference between diploma and degree, but higher diploma earn more.
In UK where I work, diploma and higher diploma earn the same as long as you are in the same band(AKA job group in Kenya)

I have just double checked now, we are now on Amber. This is because of the government-Government MOU between Kenya and UK. So agencies cannot recruit as long as that MOU is valid. Recruitment is expected to be within that agreement, unless you apply for yourself directly.
