- Welcome to F1 Manager 23: The BRAND NEW officially licensed F1 Manager game. In this road to glory career mode series, we'll be taking over backmarker team Williams. Starting with Alexander Albon and everyone's favourite F1 American boy Logan Sargeant, we'll be looking to develop the car into a regular points scorer before competing for podiums, wins and championships! Can we follow in the footsteps of the greats Toto Wolff, Christian Horner, Ross Brawn and the GOAT Guenther Steiner and become the greatest team principal of all time? Let's find out! Hello all! Just wanted to say thank you so much for stopping by - I really hope you ejoy this series... it's going to be a long one! We had 5 seasons last year, I think we may need more to get Williams back to glory! As I said in the video, it would mean a lot if we could get 100 LIKES on this first video within 24 hours and if we can get to the 800 we hit last year on part 1! That haas crash looked a lot more realistic than it would’ve last year with the squeezes onto the gravel. Steiner would be Fock smash table at the moment 🤣🤣

This years game looks more difficult. Especially managing the cars on track with tyre temps playing a big role. The wheel to wheel also looks a lot smoother. Just manage your tyre temps 👍🏼

Lewis actually is in car 2 in RL too. Not because he is too slow, or they want to get rid of him, but he likes the camera color of the car, on car 2 its yellow.

I didn’t get through the first season of 22, so I bet I barely scratched the surface. I’m debating whether to use my MS Reward points on this on console but I can’t imagine it’s anything like the performance my PC will provide.

@@CaptainGoodspeed Just as I think I’ve cracked it and got through another month without wasting £50 on rammel, I see this and think wow n boom me PayPal is moaning at me cuz it knows, like I know, that once again I’ll buy this, I know I will. And probably will again not finish a season, but I’m happy to pay it 😂 You do this on purpose.

Mate, you CAN change teams in this! At the end of the season you have the choice to accept or decline the board's objectives for the new season, if you decline, you move teams!
I think that's in a post release update isn't it?
I think this is part of an update in early September.

That is the EA F1 games. The F1 Manager games you can have a career as long as you want to.

Not sure if it’s TH-cam but graphics definitely look downgraded. Some issues which need addressing like drivers in wrong cars because pretty sure Lewis is car 1 and Norris too. Only one that looked right was Williams. Too many pit stop issues too. Can you click on battle assist because I’m sure there are different attack and defence options to choose? I’m sure there will be a day one patch to fix some issues and hopefully update driver ratings because some are a little off.
Lewis is car 2 IRL so put your pitch fork away
What’s concerning is I’m also running as Williams and Logan had the same crash on the same lap at the same corner with the same driver in my career . For me this is worrying

U should use mods to make this more interesting(Racedeparment)like the W series one(it replaces the reserve drivers with ones from W series)
It's on PS5 so you can't mod it

Yes I know... But this save is on the PS5 so I wouldn't be able to mod this one. Would have to start a new save
Go for lighter parts. Last years cost cap was never a factor. You can make extra parts and they will be faster.
