Perfect! Making this for my prom date with hand-picked flowers. She's really eco-friendly so it will be nice to use my recycled ribbon and fresh flowers.
Thank you for this video! I made 4 corsages for my wedding with silk flowers for less than $10. My florist was wanting $35/corsage. You showed me that I could save a lot of money and still have something beautiful to give the women at my wedding.
I'm so feeling this. I have three weedings this year and this 1st one is stressing me. So simple and easy. Thanks for sharing. You have any simple video on decor for a wedding arch. I can't decide if I wanna do real or silk.
FabbyPaban hello! I bought the baby breath from ACmoore, they are wrapped in plastic in the floral section. But if they are not in season or in Stock you can find them at the link in the description on Amazon! Let me know if it all works out!
Ann Ilar Veils and tiaras are on my list along with diy wedding dresses! Thank you so much for your comment and support, it's motivating to know that I am on the right track. YOU definitely made my day! I hope have a great week!! 💕
Amanda Gentile hello and happy new year!! It is on my list of wedding videos to make, but I'll bump it up for the 22nd!! Thank you so much for your comment and support, you made my day! Xoxo
Tamika Tyler It should work, but it might stick up a little more because of the pearls. A ribbon is thinner so it'll sit closer to your wrist. Definitely bring what you already made to the store and test it out, you might find something else that'll work better!
Katelyn L Hmm, that's a good question! I know that I don't have a problem making the arrangements a day in advanced and then placing them in the fridge. But I haven't used hairspray on them before. In order to be 100% sure, I would suggest doing a few test flowers using hairspray with and without the fridge! Let me know how it goes!
Katelyn L You're very welcome! It will vary depending on the size and fullness of the crown! For this I would suggest measuring the circumference of the crown and then this will give you an idea of how many stems you'll need to cover the area. Then I would double it to add fullness, but it's all will vary because stems will vary. I hope that helps! Thank you for these questions, I love them!
I did it! Turned out great thanks to your video! Wish I could post a pic of it here. My daughter is 7 and the dress is black white and pink. So I used pink ribbon, white and pink flowers, and tiny black pom poms :)
Tara Pom poms are such a good addition, I love how you made it your own! Tag me on Instagram if you have an account, if not you can email me at christinemylinh@gmail.com, I'd love to see it! 😁
derek xiao thank you for commenting! I would definitely suggest using floral adhesive instead of hot glue. It's a cold adhesive so it doesn't speed up the decay process. Make the corsage a day in advanced, spray them lightly with water, and refrigerate them. You should be good then for the next day!
Hello Christine, I am so happy I found you! I am going to make these and the boutonnière for my daughter's wedding. I am looking forward to your bouquet video. Can you tell me where you get your baby's breath from? Everything I can find here in the craft stores does not look as good as what you use in your videos. Thanks so much Tammy
Good Morning Tammy! Thank you so much for your comment, I love to get the chance to interact with my viewers! I originally bought the baby's breath from AC Moore, however I think they might only be in season during the spring/ summer. They should be in the floral section, wrapped in plastic. I've also found them on Amazon: amzn.to/2jiErfC (Link is also in the video description box!) They come stuck together and fragile but once you gently separate the stems you're good to go! Let me know if you have any more questions! xoxo
This looks like a great idea! But about how long do you think the flowers will last? Will it survive if I make it the night before and put it in the refrigerator?
Thank you!! I think this would work for real flowers but you'll definitely have to use floral adhesives to preserve the flowers and keep some of the stem. Make it the night before, spritz it with water and then refrigerate them. The thing with real flowers is to make them as close to the time they will be used, throughout the day it'll start to loose it's vibrancy naturally. Here's a good post about preserving them after they are made! I hope this helps! www.teleflora.com/blog/how-to-prevent-a-corsage-for-prom-from-wilting/
Meera D'Souza hi! I think if you keep her corsage simple, it would look just fine! I also think that a flower crown might be another option, that creates a good balance of florals. That is on my list of videos to make, so stay tuned! Thank you so much for watching and your comment, I hope you have a great weekend! Xoxo
Ciara Williams Hello! I used glue and floral tape to keep them together. That way you only need to worry about glueing two bunches of baby's breath verses all the separate pieces. I hope that helped!
Hi, I've seen both this video and the diy Boutonniere, what do you think the price would be for both to make? I am just unsure if I should diy them or buy them from a florist?
The white is baby's breath, dried. And the green is a faux leafy one I picked out at the craft store that I'm not sure they still have but you can find something similar. I hope that helps!
Kaylee Assaad Good morning and thank you for watching! These are silk flowers however you can also use real flowers but you will need floral adhesive. No need for any wire, just do the same thing here in this tutorial but you'll need to let the glue dry slightly before applying. I would make the corsage no more than a day before the event and then keep them refrigerated. It's because they don't have their stem or a water source so the flowers will not last longer. I hope that helped, let me know of you have any more questions!
Hi Marie! Thanks for the comment! You can buy the felt at any craft store with all other felt products. When you look for it, feel the felt and look for the ones that are stiff verses the one that flop when you pick up the sheet. Let me know if you have any issues!!
Hi There wow this is really amazing, and if you use ribbon flowers it could last a life time, well worth the money spent. Please help what size is the stiff felt. or what size would you suggest is a good write size. Thanks from South Africa
Cindy Erasmus Thank you do the kind words and yes it can definitely last forever! That's the beauty of silk flowers! I cut the stiffened felt to 1.5 inches to 2 inches. Measure your wrist and see if that would fit. Let me know if you have any more questions! Thank you so much for watching!
You know I love your DIY's 😘 where do you buy your beautiful baby breath and your flowers? I'm looking to make rustic bouquet for the bride and bride maids & for the guys boutonnière rustic any tip thank you for sharing 😘
Thank you so much, I was feeling a little overwhelmed today and your comment made it better! I normally buy the baby's breath from ACMoore but they haven't had them in stock since I last checked. The other option is Amazon, you can find a link to my best option in the description box! The easiest way to make floral arrangements rustic is to use twine or jute ribbon on everything and stick with more leafy greens verses flowers, but that really depends on preference. Let me know if you need any more help, I am here if you need me!
I made my daughter a wrist corsage for the daddy daughter dance and it turned out great.. Thank you. U made it so simple to do but looks sooo fancy to wear.. So Bless u for sharing.. And Have a very blessed year..
Summer jeanne you've just made my day! If you're on instagram, tag me or use #mylinhxo, I would love to see what you made! Thank you so much for watching and I am so glad I could help! 😊
Good Morning! I actually haven't bought a lot of flowers online, other than dried baby's breath because I'd like to see and feel them! Are you looking for silk or real flowers?
I came across Afloral.com awhile ago when I was shopping for my wedding but the prices are crazy. I would highly suggest going to a craft store so you can use coupons and see exactly what you're buying. I wish I could give you an online shop but I hope this helps!
Lizette Karina Hi! these are artificial flowers, but you can do this with real flowers too. just switch out the a floral adhesive and you should be good!
Jesus Christ is Lord God of all! God bless you all! Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, is too difficult for the Lord our God, with Christ, ALL things are possible!
Hola soy de Montevideo URUGUAY me mandas traducción al español mi tablets hay muchass cosas que no traduce. Mi Nieta CUMPLE 15 años Abril y quiero hacer ese corsage Gracias mil .

Perfect! Making this for my prom date with hand-picked flowers. She's really eco-friendly so it will be nice to use my recycled ribbon and fresh flowers.
Rip me and my winter prom coming up in 2 days 💀💀💀
Thank you for this video! I made 4 corsages for my wedding with silk flowers for less than $10. My florist was wanting $35/corsage. You showed me that I could save a lot of money and still have something beautiful to give the women at my wedding.
That's what I'm talking about, nice and simple!
WOW! what an easy ,cheep and simple way to attache a corsage. Thank You...from Australia.
Joan Martin Aw Thank you for watching and commenting!! This is why I love the Internet, I am talking to some from Australia! 😁
I used this tutorial today for my daughter junior prom corsage. It came out really pretty. Thank you for the easy diy.
Thanks Christine for the inputs...and yes I'm looking forward to the floral crown. Good day to you!
Thank u so much. This is by far the easiest tutorial i have watched. Most appreciated. Great job
I LOVE THIS THANK YOU SO MUCH IT’S SO EASY
This video is so easy to follow! Thank you so much. But I was wondering if there are any other alternatives to the stiff felt?
Hmm, you could try regular felt or anything that will be able to hold the flowers in place! I hope that helped! 💕
I used old business cards. Cut to preferred size and follow rest of the steps. Works just as fine.
I'm so feeling this. I have three weedings this year and this 1st one is stressing me. So simple and easy. Thanks for sharing. You have any simple video on decor for a wedding arch. I can't decide if I wanna do real or silk.
Where did you buy these flowers at? Every store I go to has really big ones.. I can find small ones like this
FabbyPaban hello! I bought the baby breath from ACmoore, they are wrapped in plastic in the floral section. But if they are not in season or in Stock you can find them at the link in the description on Amazon! Let me know if it all works out!
What is the greenery called that you used? I can’t seem to find it anywhere
Love it! I will use this video as a reference for my daughters Quinceañero.
I love your projects
I just watched all your wedding videos & subscribed lol.. I'm fr LOVING these wedding DIYs! I'd love to see what you can do for a vail/tiara
Ann Ilar Veils and tiaras are on my list along with diy wedding dresses! Thank you so much for your comment and support, it's motivating to know that I am on the right track. YOU definitely made my day! I hope have a great week!! 💕

Ann Ilar Thank you!!!! 😀
i've learned few thing from this video
Hi Christine! Your videos are so cute! Can you make a bouquet arrangement too??
Amanda Gentile hello and happy new year!! It is on my list of wedding videos to make, but I'll bump it up for the 22nd!! Thank you so much for your comment and support, you made my day! Xoxo
Absolutely brilliant. Cheers
Thank you for this nice simple tutorial! So easy to follow. You're the best!
Tamika Tyler Aw, thank you so much Tamika! let me know if you need help when you make yours, I am sure it'll turn it beautiful!! 💕
ChristineMyLinh I just made one. I just have to purchase some ribbon. Do you think it will work with a pearl wristlet?
Tamika Tyler It should work, but it might stick up a little more because of the pearls. A ribbon is thinner so it'll sit closer to your wrist. Definitely bring what you already made to the store and test it out, you might find something else that'll work better!
I love this! Thanks so much!!
Will real flowers that are attached with floral adhesive be wilting if made one day earlier?
I heard hair spray may work.
Thanks for a kind reply. Btw this is a bit random question. Do you perhaps know approximately how many stems are needed for a baby's breath crown?
Katelyn L You're very welcome! It will vary depending on the size and fullness of the crown! For this I would suggest measuring the circumference of the crown and then this will give you an idea of how many stems you'll need to cover the area. Then I would double it to add fullness, but it's all will vary because stems will vary. I hope that helps! Thank you for these questions, I love them!
What about if you do not have floral spray ? How else can it be done
SO HELPFUL! Thank you srsly
Jean Gannett your welcome! Thank you so much for watching and commenting, I love it!
can i use real flowers for this
Love it! I will be trying this for my daughter's father/daughter dance!
Tara Aw, that is so sweet! let me know how it turns out and if you need help! thank for watching and commenting! 💕
I did it! Turned out great thanks to your video! Wish I could post a pic of it here. My daughter is 7 and the dress is black white and pink. So I used pink ribbon, white and pink flowers, and tiny black pom poms :)

wooow super simple gonna make that i have two weeks ahead
I heard using hot glue on flowers is a bad idea if you want to keep it over night, true?
derek xiao thank you for commenting! I would definitely suggest using floral adhesive instead of hot glue. It's a cold adhesive so it doesn't speed up the decay process. Make the corsage a day in advanced, spray them lightly with water, and refrigerate them. You should be good then for the next day!
ChristineMyLinh thanks for your quick response, the corsage you made is very pretty!
derek xiao thank you!! 💕
Thanks so much for getting back to me so quick. I'll give it a try and let you know how it comes out.
Cindy Erasmus Sounds good! 💕
❤very. Pretty!

Hi Christine, just wanted to check with you if it's alright for the flower girl to have her basket as well as the wrist corsage. Thanks
Xoxo
question did you tie a Knott with the baby breath in the center before glueing the small white flowers? it looks like you tied them in a knott.
$25 or $30 for something like that is good. More fancy=more money.
This was hard asf!! Lmao mines so bad! But I forgot to go buy a corsage and had to make her one. My proms tomorrow smh
What is the green and white greenery that you used as a base?
The white is baby's breath, dried. And the green is a faux leafy one I picked out at the craft store that I'm not sure they still have but you can find something similar. I hope that helps!
Are these fresh flowers? & what is the lasting time with them being glued?
Kaylee Assaad Good morning and thank you for watching! These are silk flowers however you can also use real flowers but you will need floral adhesive. Did u use real flowers or fake flowers !
Ana Parada hi! Thank you for commenting! I used fake flowers for the video but you can use real flowers with a floral adhesive! I hope that helps!
Thank you so much
Ana Parada you're welcome! Good luck!
@@christinemylinh I think that look cute
Where or how do you get stiffened felt?
Hi Marie! Thanks for the comment! You can buy the felt at any craft store with all other felt products. When you look for it, feel the felt and look for the ones that are stiff verses the one that flop when you pick up the sheet. Let me know if you have any issues!!
I suggest that maybe next time, you'll use dark color for the text sub below.. I can't see the sub. :(
Thanks so much
Cool...the florist right by us wants 79 bucks we were all like wtfffff
Hi There wow this is really amazing, and if you use ribbon flowers it could last a life time, well worth the money spent.

Hi, can you get the baby dried breath at Michaels?
I haven't been able to find it at Michael's, but it's been awhile since I looked! I hope that helped! 💕
