Hey there 😁 in theory it should be using the DAC in the headphones, but funnily with my Dell (at least the model I have) it somehow reverts to the on-board sound card which I'm also puzzled. In theory all wireless headphones have DAC built-in, but when I plug them into my Dell, it sounded hollow and cheap. Then switching it to my Mac, works a million times better. I'm going to try to connect and external DAC amp to my Dell then connect this headphones in, my guess is that it'll drastically improve sound quality. 🤔 ooh or maybe I should select the source in windows to the headphones. i had the soundpeats a6 and found that they didn’t feel secure one my head, but i also have a smaller head! the edifices are perfect and don’t think they would budge when lifting at the gym in comparison to the soundpeats! soundpeats we’re good but definitely felt a bit flimsier :))
For me, W820nb has a bit uncomfortable headband because it's too narrow. I have Sennheiser 599 HD and they are super comfortable for me. I have also hyperx cloud alpha s which I also like more than Edifier. Cups seems also bigger and therefore more comfortable. Does Q35 have bigger cups and a more comfortable band than w820nb?
It doesn't have 3.5mm jack?
Cus it's wireless
Great review and may have to give these a try!! Thanks!!
Can i use this for macbook?
How does it compare to the Soundcore 20+ ? Thanks
Hi i just want to ask, do u prefer for me to get this one to be used for my online classes?
do you have soundcore life q20 or q30? if you do so, how is it compared to this?
Unfortunately I don't. But hope to get the Q35 though. Haha
@@SeanTalksTech i hope u got to review it, the q35,
@@nurusaramu4714 patiently waiting for that review too
hi i have a problem with these headphones, a few times i use the usb to connect it whenever it has low battery so i can still use it while its charging. but recently whenever i do this my laptop restarts and always say "a problem" has occured or smth. can someone help me with this :(
If they connect to the laptop via USB then why would the brand matter? If the same source file is used it should sound the same as it’s using the dac built into the headphones right?
I need to try that haha sorry I'm rambling abit, thinking out loud 😂
@@SeanTalksTech Thanks for the detailed reply, i dont mind the rambling at all. Yes thats very strange, i wonder if theres some setting on the dell thats altering the sound. Im very interested in this model as usb audio in a wireless headphone is rare even in high end brands, this is quite amazing to find in a budget brand.
Can use wired or not? Using type c port to 3.5mm aux?
Quick question here!! After im using my edifier w820nb headphone for few days and it started to have rattling noise while on noise cancelling and ambient mode as well! Anyone here know how to fix it?
Did you fix it?
Does the microphone work for calls made using a laptop?
Yup they do :) I use it a lot for teams, zoom and also whatsapp calls on laptop 😁
to conect to your PC is USB-C to USB-C or can I use a C to A?
Got to use C to A my friend. No luck with C to C for me. 😀
@@SeanTalksTech I bought it! For its price it is really good, I am only disapointed with the previus track function that keeps going back to the same song that i am listening not really to the previous track...
