If you want to get more views for videos that are less than 60 seconds, upload them at 9:16 resolutions. TH-cam will automatically upload it as a TH-cam Short, so people on mobile devices scrolling through shorts may come across your video.

If yours doesn't have one like that, then you can send the video to your iPhone, find it in your library, click Edit at the top right, click the Crop icon at the bottom, click the 3rd to right button on the top right, and click "Wallpaper" or "16:9", and press Done. Note that the video has to be between 15 and 60 seconds long.
