What revision of the randomizer are you using, because I want to be updated as well, plus, some settings are cool but cannot be found in the current revision I'm using (FYI. 5.1)
It means that particular item can be placed anywhere. For example, Songsanity means that songs can be in any check (pieces of heart, treasure chests, etc) and places where you normally get songs can be items. Normally, places you get songs just give you a random song. It's similar for Skullsanity, where Gold Skulltulas can have regular items and the tokens can be anywhere. For Keysanity, the keys are allowed to be outside of dungeons or in different dungeons, rather than them being shuffled into their respective dungeon's checks.
I think I've caught one stream so this is where I usually end up watching. TH-camr enough for me!
