entertaining as always, but I gotta say, kush spreading his ingredients over three dishes kinda takes the challenge out of it! Its easy to cook a bambo shoots dish, a razor claim dish, and a bread dish, but the challenge is making them al together!

I think it's great that you're trying to engage more directly with local fans by having them as guests on-set, but I think it would work better if they were off-camera rather than behind the kitchen (like when you had guests on for the 10-minute burger challenge). Hope this serves as some constructive feedback if you're wanting to shoot more of this style in the future!
Frankly, I think that's gonna be a whole lot easier for Jamie. Marmite is basically just nutritional yeast and salt, so you can pretty much just throw it into a sauce with some spices as an analogue for something like soy or Worcestershire and it'll probably turn out edible. McDonalds is trickier because you're basically deconstructing a pre-cooked dish, so you gotta work around how it is seasoned and how the ingredients were prepared (fries for example are difficult to recycle into something else because they're so greasy).
Possibly the best Ebbers double entendre, insofar as it seemed to physically assault the boys. Also, I need to know the credits for the stirring sea chanty beyond Mike.

For razor clams, bamboo shoots, and canned bread, if I could have obtained some parmesan, I would have made panko fried razor clams (with the bread turned into the crumb) and braised bamboo shoots with a soy sauce. The razor clams would need eggs, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and the shredded parmesan (hopefully the fridge has some that I could grate, or perhaps some parmesan shake cheese in a pinch). Then the oil for frying. Meanwhile heat a few cloves of minced garlic in oil until it turns golden. Add the bamboo shoots with salt, sugar, chili flakes, and soy. Cook for a few minutes and then add some water to simmer. I think ben went the right way with embracing the tomato sauce from the chef boyardee, and I think that the bread was a good choice too, but I would have finely blended hte snails and the jalapeno with some wine and whatever spices seemed appropriate once I'd tasted it. I'd make it into a pseudo-pâté spread to go on the bread. Drain the tomato sauce from the tin straight into a pan and reduce it down to a sweet and umami sauce. Mix in some basil and you could turn it into the world's wierdest pasta dish.
I love it when a chef puts on a show. Kush is great at entertaining, and 9:17 is a perfect example of his knowledge and skill as a chef combining with his top-tier showmanship. I'd rather watch him than any popular-on-TV chef like Gordan Ramsey, Jamie Oliver, Guy Fieri, Alton Brown, etc. Kush brings the 🔥 🔥 🔥
