It also takes 16 to 18 months to have one built. Hello Kyle, thank you for watching our videos, here is an explanation......A model leaseback is when a homebuilder sells one of their homes and agrees to lease it back for a period of time. The home would continue its use as a model or showcase home while the builder finishes selling in the neighborhood. So, you own the home before it is released to you for personal use and the builder pays you until they have sold out of all their homes in a community. It's a way for you to get the model you want but have the mortgage payment taken care of until you move in.
I subscribe to your TH-cam channel and I thought you were great at what you do but when you purposely belittled and even ignored the largest piece of art in the room. Which was the African art, at the Andros in Adelaide home, that just blew my wife and I away. When you take notice of the art in the homes you show all the time but saw you purposely ignore and that’s weird to me. Please do better man, you can’t hide it.
This home is amazingly perfect. Loved the master bed and bath. 🔛🔝 Loved the pool area and the courtyard.

Can anyone answer? What is this lease back for a year thing? Why would someone buy a home to lease it back to the previous owners? Seems odd

I was I didn't apply for my masters in hospitality real estate....
With that price I expect beautiful infinity swimming pool, not that kind of pool.
