    Samoa is indeed one of the Pacific islands that I would love to visit. Seeing the surroundings and the people over there, feels like home. Regards from your distant Austronesian cousin, a Malaysian.✌🏼🇲🇾

      It's pretty crazy to think Malaysians and Samoans are actually related in a way

    Hello, great job. You photograph a wonderful island like Samoa, and at the same time give the viewer a glimpse of an island, continue to spread the culture and traditions of the island.

    Thank you J&O for yet another great installment. You have literally allowed your audience to step through your lens and walk the pavements of Apia with you.
    I love how you chose to go without running commentary. That renders your viewers to use that great thing called imagination.
    Wonderful hi-res filming. Keep it up.

    Thank you for sharing..🙏 it’s sad to see Apia town.. lost it’s identity.. a place full of concrete.. steel.. . Lost it’s soul..

      Thanks for watching. Yes Apia had lost some of its charm, but unfortunately some of the older buildings were beyond renovation so had to be removed.

    I love your videos but, is it possible that you can talk about your videos. E.g., let your viewers know where you are and what this it and so on. It would be so great and very much appreciated. Thanks!

    • @JerryandOfiinSamoa
      @JerryandOfiinSamoa  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not sure of the average wage here in Samoa (I have seen it quoted from anywhere between 7k to 21k) . At the moment minimum wage is $3.00 per hour.

      It’s Saturday, shops closes at 12pm. Restaurant especially reopens around 5pm. After 12pm everyone (I mean young adults) heads home to get ready for night life. They’ll start coming out around 5pm.
