Slowmoqueen 1 no I don’t think she’s faking being deaf, but you can see by her lip pattern that she mouths words with an English accent. At 0:20 when she says “let’s go” you can SEE the accent on her lips even though she’s not speaking aloud.
Me as a deaf person I love watching these videos cause there's finally someone I can understand

AlfieWatts why is it inspiring ? She’s deaf, it’s not like she has stage 4 cancer. Being deaf doesn’t really limit people from anything and the deaf community is absolutely wonderful....it’s a culture more than a limiting factor

I’ve just stumbled upon your channel and although I do not understand sign language, I’m so happy you exist and share your life with youtube.
This is very different from the normal content I watch, but it really educates me, and also, I love your personality! I’m an American hearing person who doesn’t know any British Sign Language (or any form of sign language), but your videos make me want to learn ASL and BSL! I’m planning to do that in the future. This has really introduced me to a new type of content that both educates me, makes me laugh, and that I can just enjoy! Thank you Jasmine!

This is random question from a hearing person but do you struggle to talk to each other whilst driving? Because obviously you have to be focused on the road etc. I just wondered
I’m not totally deaf, only partially and with that comes heightened visual senses etc. You have to concentrate a lot more with your eyes but you definitely can drive deaf!
You become so attuned to doing everything visually that I actually forget to use my ears 😂

Hi Jazzy, please notice me. I just found your channel, I am not fully deaf and I wasn’t born deaf either. I lost my hearing at nine years old (I’m now turning thirteen) and it turns out I was born with EVA (Enlarged Vestibular Aqueducts). My EVA was hidden until I got hit in the mouth with a baseball (I played baseball 😂) and I guess the impact of the ball triggered my EVA and my hearing faded during one week. Fortunately, my hearing could be saved and I have a hearing aid on my left ear and a Cochlear Implant on my right ear. I’m deaf when I take them off. I can speak normally because I have had nine years of normal hearing and normal ears. I’m just so happy to find yet another deaf youtuber. Even though I watched like two of your videos just now, you are amazing and so brave and funny. You earned a new subscriber! 🤟

I am hearing and I want to say that I am not diagnosed but I am pretty sure I have some form of dysphonia because at times noises stress me out. I dont know how to explain it.
