When I was a little kid a '73 SL100 was a dream bike basically. Double cradle frame with the high compression engine. Had mine all souped up with aftermarket piston and cam. I was constantly putting timing sets on it to keep it running like new.
Fantastic! I'm in love. And that Honda small bore sound... wow! And no... it's NOT a wheelie machine - you ride that in a philosophical way. 🙂 If it only were in Sweden - I would buy that before you could blink.
An XL 175 , Just like that, was the first motorcycle I'd ever ridden on . To this NZ boy they were a dream bike . One day in the mid seventies, my best friend and I were hanging around a known trail riding area, with my Raleigh Rodeo bicycle with a banana seat , ape hangers, and high sissy bar , riding the trail and dreaming about one day having a dirt bike, and this young guy turned up on an XL175 , and offered to take us separately as pillions on the trail , I was absolutely thrilled with that introduction to trail riding.
That is one impressive, rare, and gorgeous vintage enduro. The Honda Enduros were always my favorite enduros. If she were mine, I would only ride her on the street. Much too nice to ride in the dirt.
(if it was a custom build) TDC it directly from the piston, use 2 liter soda bottle plastic for fueler gage on valve lash, straight pipe it! It gains power and wow factor exponentially😁
Beautiful bike it reminds me of my great uncle Fred that had one he had it all set up for trail riding He made a place to hold a small ax He had a small rack on the back Siphoning hose that he stuck through the handlebars just in case on the back rack he could carry a small chainsaw and tool kit tools, with Matches, Rope Fishing line with hooks etc.
I was just working on the hammer camera in apart in Honda but she, I know you talk about. She is fine man.She is she young too.She is a fine Caucasian girl.Really got a little fun with black hair.I like black hair woman for real
A link up with Tim isville on the dealership. In Timmonsville, South Carolina with a fine lady used to work at Thomas Galloway's response. I used to be home working in a box section. That lady find me link up with her man. And I'll give her of value and expect that I owe 500 CR please. I want them to get the specs back for the 500. We need respect or not.
Those pipes in good condition are like hens teeth. Also the kickers on those are as fragile as glass. Can’t find them either, I winced when you kicked the crap out of it. If you only knew how hard OG kickers are to find😂😂😂. I have one with 1200 miles on it sadly it was not taken care of like this one. 😢
Looks like it just came off the factory floor! 70s bikes just had a lot of class compared to a lot of modern bikes that look like they came out of the movie TRON....just my opinion!
0:10 Beautiful AUTUMN day in New England. Things fall all year round, because of gravity. Which exists continually, not just seasonally. If your state is named after England, than at least use correct English.
I love these old bikes.
These beautiful bikes are works of art.

I had the same bike as a young fella ... bored out to a 210 .... cut the pipe off at the footpegs and annoyed the hell out of my neighbourhood 😃
Some of these bikes are more of a museum piece than a rider especially with the mileage on it.
Beauty!! Two of my buddies had them as kids. I had a SL 125 73’. Good Times!! That’s a Really nice Bike!😎👍🏻
My first "big" bike as a kid. I miss it... tou always find the coolest bikes.
Thanks bringing back ol memories

Yeah buddy!!
I am amazed the Preston Petty front fender has not started to crack yet (plastic + fiberglass).
That's a genuine Honda fender , top quality.
Yes, such a reliable bike. I happened to adjust the valve lash with soda bottle plastic and cut off the muffler and it screamed and breathed fire! 😂😈

Where's the original turn signals or did it not come with them from the factory?
Good point. Hmmm. Also every other one I’ve seen have TWO mirrors.
It has a black horn, original is silver.
HELL YEAH. SHE'S A BEAUTY👍👍👌😎

Sounds throaty! 😍
VAMOS
I knew a bloke with a black xl350 around the same age with 200m
Nice looking. Do you have the original turn signals that came on the bike?
You can get these turn signals easily since they were used on many bikes for many years. -I am sure Honda would stock them, eBay etc.
سلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Great video! Hey Ronnie get you a cheap electric scooter and you can follow Ken to the road while filming and scootering
Nice...
Nice forearm.
HA! I remember those!
