Any thoughts on the webcam? Is it useable? Looking to buy a couple of these for the in-laws to use for a daily email/web machine with occasional video chat with family back home. Also, do you feel the screen size is enough for older folks with weaker eyesight? Thanks!

yes, it has a webcam, but beware it's pretty low quality. If the room is bright enough, it's usable for video chat

It does have a web can....but its very poor quality. If you really like this unit but need a better webcam you can always buy a decent webcam for $20 and plug it into one of the USB ports. Need more USB ports? Get a USB powered hub with 4 to 8 ports that plugs into one of the existing ports.
