Lunar Alaria TS 2017 used review by caravan indiustry expert

The Alaria was aimed at the Buccaneer market etc - a cracking tourer but not without issues as Lunar came to the end of production in 2019 - used ones are around some looking dog eared but there are some nice ones to such as this one at less than 21k - see what you think!

Such a shame Lunar went pop. So nearly bought a Venus as our first van, it just didn’t quite match up to the Pursuit with a hand pump toilet and no sunroof. It just felt a bit too budget, despite being a brilliant van in other ways. I think Lunar sold it short. Their other vans seemed to fall just short too at the various price points. Which is a shame because the basic van was a lovely thing.

Venus was good and came with decent spec - yes last models went for manual loos though pre that all electric - als Venus still feels modern inside - yep Lunar should never have gone some bad decisions made - thank you for watching
