Dude you don't know what you're talking about. A certain exercise doesn't guarantee a zone 2. It's the intensity that the exercise is done at. What you're demonstrating is not zone 2. Walking can very easily be brought into zone 2 and slow jogging doesn't guaranty zone 2. W/ all that said zone 2 is a place for beginners to start, something for warm-up, recovery, and to clear your head. But it's not enough to build a complete program around. I recommend you incorporate Heavy Hands and/or Burpees 3 non-consecutive days per week.
Love this idea for slow jogging while having great scenery when the weather is terrible.
