I like it, the culture, doing things the old way, one sometimes goes back to the Middle Ages, no hygiene and yet healthy fresh ingredients, in the West it is the opposite, good hygiene and poisonous foods, semi-finished products. If they started paying more attention to hygiene and new knowledge, they would eat healthier than we do here in the West with all the regulations. For me, it is incomprehensible, for example, to grab fresh vegetables with hands away from raw meat, or to wrap hot meat in newspaper, which apparently contains poisonous lead.

Maybe that’s why he gives a chunk of an orange…….you know….. to squeeze it all over the raw veggies to kill anything that might have still been squirming. 😂
