When I did this this morning I put a white layer over over the plastic kinda made it look like the box was reflecting 👍🏼 should give it a try. Great tutorial. Would love to know how to make legs and arms look like action figures seen it online 👍🏼

Once the person is selected you can use cmnd+delete or option+delete to fill the selection with either your forground or background color

Have you background color set to white like in the video and then do Control + Shift + Backspace. That's it

When I copy my PLASTIC EFFECTS to my expanded layer, it doesn't work. Not sure why its not transferring over :/ I am using PS 2021 but I didn't think that would be an issue.
I just tried it on PS 2021 and it seems to be fine. I tried rasterising and as long as the effects are there it works fine. Have you tried downloading the file from my blog to see if that works?
