Elemental Creation is actually one of the easiest level 18. In fact, a lot of DDR pro players has been PFC'd that chart already. Elemental Creation was 10th placer in Dr. D's DDR hardest chart (egoism, over the period and endymion were not included because the video was created maybe 2014-2015). High note counts doesn't really makes the chart difficult. Twists/turns and constant jumps and BPM changing is what makes the chart difficult which is absent in E.C.
Judging by the rate iamchris4life has been recently with a PFC on both MAX 360 and Paranoia Revolution that isnt too far off and will probably happen sometime within the next couple years
