That's because you can see the start of the ultimate before the cut scene, wen you connect the secret jutsu. If you do the Ultimate Team Jutsu you can see the full animation.

Kabuto ultimate was so lame. He had dead Anbu fight for him. All they did was gang up and beat the opponent and they rarely showed that. So uninteresting and boring.
