I invested in 2 folding hand trucks and bought extra bungee cords from Home Depot. The convertible dolly is a Milwaukee brand (also from Home Depot) that I asked for as a birthday present this year. All came in handy for a wedding reception I did earlier this month and had to cross a busy street from the parking lot to get to the venue space. Also, if you don't have a pipe and drape bag or base plate bags, check out Georgia Expo. They have the best price on those items. I have one 10 foot pipe and drape bag and 4 base plate bags. 2 base plates and pins can fit in one bag.

Generally when I'm working with any venue outside of a residential building I call them myself to get information. The clients don't know what questions to ask so i speak directly to the manager or venue director. Do you rent uhauls to transport all of your decor?

Hi nice decor you made! I remember you saying in one of your videos that you buy the drapes 14 feet long which makes sense in case we use a taler poles. however the links for the drapes most of the time lead to 5 feet by 10 feet drapes. Is that what you are actually using.

Hey!!! These were not too bad with the shedding. You spray it with hairspray to help with that. I did use mine straight out of the box.

It depends on the size of backdrop needed. For the most part, my curtains are 10ft long.

Most times, I blow up the balloons the day before the event or the day of the event.
