Yes of course, this one is worded quite strangely. In this instance the term Kopen is more of an umbrella term, for example the term "Goldfish" can include many different species of individual fish. The stem says that pluders are kopens, it does not say that anything about pluders being nizens and so we can exlude nizens and the question itself excludes mooms and so the only other type of fish within this category is the Kopen.
