What you would have to do is actually stink through it with an efficiency 10 gold pick (has to be e10 because nothing else is fast enough to mine through the forhead greese blocks), however that is impossible due to the fact that it would run out of durability. You may be saying that skyblock has a plug-in to stop that, and I factored that in, however his forhead is just so big that it does not matter
