    Unfortunately the mount, that can be either a muscle up or a glide kip, and in this video is a glide kip, it is not performed well enough to give the necessary momentum to jump over the bar directly, but a second cast it is needed.

    Amazing video my man! I am 17 years old and just got really into freestyle aspect of calisthenics, It's so fun learning new cool shit, definetly going to give this element a try
