Is there a certain way I should make sure I section/part my hair so that I won’t have the “scalpy” look? Your hair turned out great! Any tips or tricks anyone has are welcome. Thanks
Great video. Awesome helpful info!! LOC method will be my friend. My biggest challenge has been to find the right combination of products. You have been a God send. SERIOUS. Thank you Sis. Thank you. I think your twists are grown up!😅🤔😍😍🙏🏾
Thank YOU for watching and thank you for your sweet words!! I know that narrowing down products can be tough. Sometimes I feel like it’s a never ending process! But once you get a better understanding of the needs of your hair, it will get easier- I promise! I also have a list of products on my blog www.jenfindsgems.com. Good luck on your journey Love, I know you will do great!! ❤️❤️
I subscribed. I too have soft fine hair so when I came across your video I was glad. I'm almost 11 mts transitioning. Although just about all of the relaxer is gone.
Great shine and softness! Jojoba oil is becoming my favorite oil again lately because I can re-wet my hair without getting a crunchy oil feeling. The Mielle leave-in has coconut oil and glycerin so does it bother your low porosity hair overtime? Also why did you choose the CR Moisture butter over the CR Almond twisting butter for this style?
Hey boo!! I didn't even realize it contains coconut oil!! My relationship with this oil is so fickle. Sometimes it hates products containing it, some products I can use with no problem. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how much it contains and what ingredients it is mixed with? But I haven't had any problems yet, I really like this leave in for protective styling! I looove the Curlaide Moisture Butter and I tend to rely on it more for dry styling. The almond jai would have worked great too but it contains more humectants which I try my best to limit in the cooler seasons.
Yeah the Curlaide has coconut oil too, but not as high. Avoiding humectants now makes sense. It's been raining here so I'll take advantage and use the almond jai until it gets really dry, ha! Thanks.
Shaniya Love Yaaay and thank you for watching love!!! I've been thinking about filming that! For my wash and go process or for protective styling like in this video?
jenisallwrite actually I was thinking more of your every week wash day. Like a wash day specifically for low porosity. The shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioning and moisturizing process. I would be so grateful for that video because we're basically hair twins! Thanks for the reply love!
@jenisallwrite, you have very beautiful hair. I love the video. Did you let you hair air dry because it looks so straight. Also, what is your hair type? Please make more styling videos for fine hair. Excellent video.
JayeJaye714 Thank you so much!! Yes, my hair was stretched and about 90% dry. I will def be doing more styling videos soon. Thank you for watching love!
These twists in this hairstyle look very full considering that you have fine hair. My hair is fine, too. But my twists always look thin and scalpy when I do them.
I know you posted this a while ago, but im going to answer anyway. So ita likely her individual hair stramds are fine, but her hair density is high. Meaning her hair follicles are close together, giving her hair a full appearance. My hair is like the lady in the video.
Hi, what type of hair do you have? is it 4c or what.... meaning how kinky is your hair without the products.... looks real nice... wondering if i could get my natural hair to look like that.
I swear we have the same hair lol. Yours is just longer and maybe slighty more dense than mines. But hopefully if i keep these twists in my hair will grow i have issues with breakage/shedding alot.
The fight with fine hair is real! Some days all I see is my scalp. Lol. Thank you for your vids. It’s sooooo appreciated.
You are not alone!! Thank you so much for watching! ❤️
Truth you speak. I have to not perm my hair for 6mos to get the thickness
Facts!!! I stopped perming my hair years ago but still, no real thickness. Thought I was alone😳😡😩😊

Use little to no product and/or use product after your hair is dry
Hi love your video. Was wondering what type of brush you use i.e. texture of the fibers (soft, medium or coarse

The curlaide isn't too thick?
O Love Hey love! It wasn't... I even use it for wash and go's sometimes. Sparingly of course, but I love how moisturizing it is!
