I totally will try the holistic and natural approach first after having been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, and therefore I have stayed up nights researching and researching natural healthcare and how much the natural things can help us. it's amazing. As an inpatient nurse it's interesting to hear about your fear of having your blood pressure taken. Just remember your blood pressure is only one part of any diagnosis and white coat syndrome is real (!) and doctors understand that. If you did end up with hypertension down the road it is always better to be diagnosed early and make any lifestyle changes/take medications to keep it under control, because it's the long term effects that are most harmful. Hopefully this helps put things into perspective a bit. Also just want to say I love your videos!

I have learned over the last few years to do guided meditations and meditative breathing and it really helps with my doctor's visit. I get short of breath just walking into a doctor's office. Omgggggggggggg! I have never in my entire 37 years heard anybody else say that they are terrified of getting your blood pressure taken! If I know that I’m going to have to go to the doctors and get my blood pressure taken it gives me anxiety before I even get to the doctors office I literally was at Starbucks drive-through thinking about how much I hate having my blood pressure taken and I’m always worried that it’s going to be elevated or something crazy is going to be out of whack! That is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. I was diagnosed during my last pregnancy with preeclampsia because my blood pressure was so high but I swear it was so high because I was scared of them taking my blood pressure and then when I got a high result I just kept elevating from there. Ugh it’s the worst!

Yes, please do a video talking more about your teeth! Unbeknownst to me I have been grinding my teeth for years and I wore down my enamel so much that my teeth are almost in constant pain now. I have to use Sensodyne and extra flouride toothpaste, can't eat tomatoes or high acidic foods, and can only chew on one side of my mouth. It's so crazy that once your tooth health is gone it's almost impossible to get it back. I feel for you!

Oh my - my teeth story is a LONG LONG LONG story!!! Maybe one day I'll film it...although I hate talking about it, haha! It just gives me anxiety! But yes, I'm clearly prone to more cavities during pregnancy. And I didn't even throw up once from morning sickness. I know sometimes dentists say its just from the acid & puking...but not me!
So awesome to get to know you a bit better! My family and I are into using natural first before heading to the doctor. We feel that your immune system is so much stronger. I understand probably not to the extent your situation was, but my hubby was going out of the country for business trips and I was unable to go because my kiddos were just way too young. I have 4. I found it through your chanel bag videos but I watched all your videos and can't believe you work in HR, I'm an undergrad studying HR and it's so cool watching someone living your dream :)) you should do : work morning routine with 2 kids, what I eat in a days, some sort of house tour (depending on what you're comfortable with posting), after work routine, pamper routinr, grocery hauls, fashion hauls, what's in my diaper bag, mom recommendations etc. As you can see I have a lot of suggestions lol. you could also do an in depth Videos on your job responsibilities and how you secured your job :)

I'm interested in a nutritional video. I'm 47 and 6 years ago I gave up gluten (allergy) and two years ago I eliminated all soda drinks. I've also recently cut out sugar. It has definitely made a difference in my life, I never had a weight problem but I did have low energy levels, vitamin deficiencies, etc. I'm enjoying your channel - great job.
That's awesome you've been able to do that!!! I've also cut out gluten...not because of an allergy, I just know it's bad, so I don't eat it! I feel so bad for you regarding your teeth situation 😢 I didn't have my first cavity until 35 and then all of a sudden, I started having tons of problems. I have auto immune issues and to take chemo and it made me throw up constantly- so the acid decayed my back teeth. Plus I grind and that doesn't help. I am phobic of the dentist so it's been so hard for me. I have a weird phobia of having my blood drawn so pregnancy wasn't fun for me. I pass out every time and it's not even that I'm scared of pain. It's just a weird mental thing. You are so relatable and truly beautiful inside and out. Love your channel 😍

Just got to see this video (November 2017). Thank you so much for sharing RE: your struggles with dental issues due to pregnancy. I had a relatively healthy friend who had gum disease; didn't know it; and lost most of her teeth. She now has implants but at 25 that was a major shock! Bless you, M.~

I was really intrigued by your dental story mainly because I am a dentist (and coincidentally, a holistic dentist), I'd be really interested to know your story and what you went through :) And Don't worry, you're not weird or anything, many people suffer from dental problems that is associated with pregnancy; there's a lot of factors (such as hormonal imbalances) that can affect your teeth and gums when you're pregnant! :)

Can I just say we are like the SAME person...I just had a son and I'm so scared to go to the dentist because I feel like they're gonna tell me all of my teeth are messed up lol. During my pregnancy I had to take my BP at HOME EVERYDAY because I would get so scared of having it done at the office that it made my pressure go through the roof! And my mom was a flight attendant and I absolutely love air travel, my sons room is all airplane themed..he's named after our very close family friend who was a pilot..so weird haha!
Just found your channel. Really enjoy them! I don’t think you got married to early. I’m in the thought that if you know this is the person for you, why wait? I told my girls, no living together, get married and we will pay for a wedding. I was 17 ( close to 18) lol, i dont recommend this for everyone, but we met at 15, long distance dated until we graduated from high school, got married had our first daughter when i was almost 22. 47 years later, he’s still the one. My teeth pretty much did the same thing after I had my son too. I had to have most of my teeth crowned or capped. I have had several root canals and I even have a couple of implants.

Two, i came across your channel because i wanted to justify if i really wanted the LV agenda then i subscribed to your channel. Then i started watching your husband tag video ans you guys remind me sooo much of myself and my fiancé. I knew there was something about you that i liked and when i came to this video i found out... you are an HR professional and i am too! Did the same thing went to school and immediately found a job within my career field. Oh my - my teeth story is a LONG LONG LONG story!!! Maybe one day I'll film it...although I hate talking about it, haha! It just gives me anxiety! But yes, I'm clearly prone to more cavities during pregnancy. And I didn't even throw up once from morning sickness. I know sometimes dentists say its just from the acid & puking...but not me!
My teeth was always great, never a single issue... then I got pregnant. My teeth have never recovered from pregnancy :(
So awesome to get to know you a bit better! My family and I are into using natural first before heading to the doctor. We feel that your immune system is so much stronger. I understand probably not to the extent your situation was, but my hubby was going out of the country for business trips and I was unable to go because my kiddos were just way too young. I have 4. Anyway, I guess my question(s) would be: Do you like to cook? If so, what is your go to dish/meal for your family? I'm totally enjoying your channel. :-)

I'm so happy I found your channel! I found it through your chanel bag videos but I watched all your videos and can't believe you work in HR, I'm an undergrad studying HR and it's so cool watching someone living your dream :)) you should do : work morning routine with 2 kids, what I eat in a days, some sort of house tour (depending on what you're comfortable with posting), after work routine, pamper routinr, grocery hauls, fashion hauls, what's in my diaper bag, mom recommendations etc. As you can see I have a lot of suggestions lol. you could also do an in depth Videos on your job responsibilities and how you secured your job :)

I'm interested in a nutritional video. I'm 47 and 6 years ago I gave up gluten (allergy) and two years ago I eliminated all soda drinks. I've also recently cut out sugar. It has definitely made a difference in my life, I never had a weight problem but I did have low energy levels, vitamin deficiencies, etc. I'm enjoying your channel - great job.
That's awesome you've been able to do that!!! I've also cut out gluten...not because of an allergy, I just know it's bad, so I don't eat it! I feel so bad for you regarding your teeth situation 😢 I didn't have my first cavity until 35 and then all of a sudden, I started having tons of problems. I have auto immune issues and to take chemo and it made me throw up constantly- so the acid decayed my back teeth. Plus I grind and that doesn't help. I am phobic of the dentist so it's been so hard for me. I have a weird phobia of having my blood drawn so pregnancy wasn't fun for me. I pass out every time and it's not even that I'm scared of pain. It's just a weird mental thing. You are so relatable and truly beautiful inside and out. Love your channel 😍

Just got to see this video (November 2017). Thank you so much for sharing RE: your struggles with dental issues due to pregnancy. I had a relatively healthy friend who had gum disease; didn't know it; and lost most of her teeth. She now has implants but at 25 that was a major shock! Bless you, M.~
Oh my - that's terrible!!! Teeth issues have definitely been a struggle for me....I have 3 dental implants right now. Hopefully that's all...but I'm sure I'll have more in the future. Thanks so much for watching!! (This video was filmed when I still didn't feel comfortable on camera!!)

In fact just got off the phone with the dentist office talking about my bills (💸💸💸) My husband travels a lot too but it does get better as the kids get older - and yes our perk has been being able to fly everywhere first class (imagine all the miles he wracks up!!) And my question for you is - what part of the country (or city) so you live in?

I was really intrigued by your dental story mainly because I am a dentist (and coincidentally, a holistic dentist), I'd be really interested to know your story and what you went through :) And Don't worry, you're not weird or anything, many people suffer from dental problems that is associated with pregnancy; there's a lot of factors (such as hormonal imbalances) that can affect your teeth and gums when you're pregnant! :)

Can I just say we are like the SAME person...I just had a son and I'm so scared to go to the dentist because I feel like they're gonna tell me all of my teeth are messed up lol. During my pregnancy I had to take my BP at HOME EVERYDAY because I would get so scared of having it done at the office that it made my pressure go through the roof! And my mom was a flight attendant and I absolutely love air travel, my sons room is all airplane themed..he's named after our very close family friend who was a pilot..so weird haha!

I don’t think you got married to early. I’m in the thought that if you know this is the person for you, why wait? I told my girls, no living together, get married and we will pay for a wedding. I was 17 ( close to 18) lol, i dont recommend this for everyone, but we met at 15, long distance dated until we graduated from high school, got married had our first daughter when i was almost 22. 47 years later, he’s still the one. He was a Jamie Dornan look alike back in the 1980’s!

My teeth pretty much did the same thing after I had my son too. I had to have most of my teeth crowned or capped. I have had several root canals and I even have a couple of implants.
