Thanks for this tip - I have a sdx2200 but have never looked at that particular section in the designs! I will now 😀

Great video, can I ask a question, I updated my sdx 125 the other day 1.70 version, however, was watching mal, and saw that they update the sdx machine to cut amount on her machine 3mm and so on, but my hasn’t, is it because my machine is 3 years old? Any ideas, sorry long winded asking a question, maybe a video update on this, thanks

Hi, I’m sorry I do not know who or what you are talking about, but if you have an auto blade machine and the blade has the black top then the machine can cut up to 3 mm. However my understanding is that not all materials can be cut up to that thickness.
The PDF manual is available on the Brother website and the link to it is in the help and information section of my applelover53 website

Have you tried to use a font on Canvas workspace then when you chose colour for outline use a clear colour and infill black. When you transfer to machine it draws just the infill, I found this out accidentally and lots of fonts look just like single line fonts.

Hi no I haven't but will give it a go when i get some time,
did you use CW online or CW for computer and depending on which one
did you use a CW font or a font thats installed on your computer

I used Cw for pc. Some fonts when you put in the clear outline it seems as if there is no image but when you transfer it there it is. Really weird.

Sorry meant to say the fonts I used were on my computer and they were mostly thin fonts.
