I filled about a year ago, my PTSD and anxiety with depression just keeps me from everything, I have maybe two days of functioning and the rest I'm lost in my head reliving trauma. The days I am fictional I try to get updates. How or what can I do to help myself, I am without and alone and frustrated with my self to the point of shut down which isn't helpful
Me. Sorry, but when it needs to go it needs to go - 25 stones... just got out of 2nd surgery yesterday due to remaining fragment that nearly caused liver failure - call me yellow as a bumble bee. This occurred starting Sunday, rushed to ER after being taken to knees while in NC, night before returning to PA. Tues had the procedure to get the fragment out, dangerously low potassium etc. etc., somehow not absorbing... and what was super bad was no wifi b/c that last 18 hours I could have gotten a bit of work done... So while I am a huge proponent of homeopathic remedies, sometimes, you have to take serious things as serious as they are. Or keel over :)

Oh no! Are you treating with very significant MH treatment, like partial hospitalizations and psychiatrst AND weekly one on one therapy?
Who has gallbladder issues -- you or your son?
