Had no audio from lenovo laptop. Issue fixed because of two conflicting drivers. Followed this advice and deleted one of the drivers. Works perfectly now. Thanks bro!!!!!

I have tried a few times this tutorial, unfortunatly it's not working for me, but I am not sure if it's the same exact problems that I have. In the intro you said something about '' if it's not detected / connected '', but the thing is that there are no sound on my laptop's speaker. My problem is weird. Without realtek hd audio my speakers work on the rear jack. And with the realtek HD audio they dont. I looked up every website every video on youtube and nobody has that issue. tried all the combinations of unninstalling reinstalling and I may just give up
