Another beautiful mix. I've made two trips to my local nursery and replaced the scrubby little hellebore that froze out with three big healthy ones. You showed them on one of your videos last fall, and they were so pretty I grabbed the last one on the table at my local nursery. Along with it I spotted a very interesting little plant called mukgenia which did survive the winter. Purchased three more of those, very colorful low growing. The leaves turn red in the fall along with my maple trees. With the plants you are mentioning in your videos my gardens are starting to really look good
Love that mahogany heuchera, saw them at the garden center and will be adding at least one.

Could all of these plants be left in their containers for multiple years? I have a 35 foot long and 2 foot wide full shade strip that sits between a fence and the concrete that makes up my covered carport/porch area. 15 feet of it will get a few hours of afternoon sun and the rest will be no direct sunlight. And I cannot for the life of me plant anything in containers that will last.. hostas do ok and that’s it.. it’s a frustrating area and I just don’t know how to properly line it with attractive plants that will last like the ones lining your beautiful driveway.

Welcome K Devall! Aaron, Laura, Benjamin & Russell live in Ontario, Oregon. It's high desert there and they deal with several problems on their property: hard water; scorching high temps in summer w/dry heat, no humidity; along with some of the usual pests that we all deal with. You're in for a great time watching their videos! I strongly suggest watching the current ones; but, as you have the time, go back to their start with Garden Answer! You'll be very glad you did! I'm sure that before long, you'll love Laura, Aaron, etc. as much as all the rest of us do! Enjoy!🌾💜
FYI! You'll be amazed at what a worker Laura is! She can truly do almost anything!

The pot is on the soil so it's easy to make a little gap there. The tubing is relatively stiff as well. Might have more of a problem if it was in cement.

I can't wait to start planting up my containers. Even though it was too cold here last week, I just had to buy ($144 worth of) plants. They've been kept cozy in my portable greenhouse in the garage (also known as a car). Yesterday, I released them to start getting used to real sun. So pretty just in the boxes, they'll look even better once placed in their homes for the summer. There's a flowering sage that's so pretty. I think it's called Snow White, but it's blue.
