- Video shows steps in disassembling and reassembling a Shimano Ultegra 6800 shifter.
The video doesn't extend to disassembling the shifter 'core' assembly of pawls, cogs, springs and levers. I might make an attempt at that later. But if this or any shifter items have failed, this video shows how to separate the major parts.
