Yours is the first I’ve seen. So fun and interesting. We really are moved by scents we don’t like just as much as ones we do! 😅 We try and give scents a chance and they consistently remind us nope, “not for me” 😵💫😷😄
New to your channel and love this video. I love knowing people’s fave scents but I love their least faves even more! 😂 Thank you for sharing and also introducing me to Xizhou’s channel too!
Hey Christa! I'm so glad you found me. I agree that the No No videos have been very fun to watch It's definitely and easier list to put together than a top favorite scents 😁
I don’t think I’ve purchased much with either of those for that reason. Although Graham Cracker Crunch is ok. Dani really likes that one so last week when she was visiting she took that one. 😂
I love chocolate in wax and my husband despises it so we don’t melt much in this home. 😂 I can’t do heavy maple scents either. I am not a fan of peanut butter in wax, but oh man I love to eat it. 🥜 Great video liked hearing what you don’t like. ❤
I have a lot of the same no’s. I’m still in denial about chocolate and want to be able to- but I do like Scentsy Hug in a Mug and Cupcakes at Tiffany’s. My no-no is Cookie Land…I get a weird “turned bad” note, although not always in blends (I like Christmas in Cookie Land!). But it’s not worth investing in a whole bag of something I have a high chance of not liking.
And I’m still searching for good orange from Scentsy. I’m pretty sure the orange in the Willy Wonka bar is amazing, but I’m only slowly melting it because I don’t want to keep licensed bars in my club and I don’t want it to be gone from my stash. 😂 I’m a citrus fan, but orange often flops for me.
I’ve only really tried Christmas Eve in Cookie land and I love that one. Now you have me thinking that maybe I did try another in a sample and I didn’t love the cookie land in that one. 🤔
@@Martha_FragranceCorner oh well then this will be a shocker. I make dandelion jelly every year 🤣 and no it’s not a Canadian thing everyone who sees me doing it thinks it’s so weird and then I give them a jar
Watching now, and Oh My Goodness, Same on Tomatoes. Also apples --- any form of apple is amazing, but I can't stand apple juice. I just can't drink it.
I love chocolate but I also don’t like chocolate scent notes. I love strawberries and strawberry cake but I still can’t stand strawberry pound cake and so many people love it
Some big No Nos for me are watermelon, lots of peach scents unfortunately, fruit punch scents and I'm pickyvwith carmel scents. I don't like scents that are extremely sweet. There is a certain apple that I don't like too that scentsy makes. It was in the Candy apple scent last Christmas. I hate really powdery notes and florals too.
Thanks for sharing your no no's. It's fun to hear what other people's no no's are. I get a burnt sugar smell from Scentsy's carmel. I think I figured out that the apple I don't care for is a Mac Apple. I like powdery notes 😊😁
We share a lot of fragrance dislikes in wax. But, my most disliked are powdery scents in wax especially baby powder leaning ones and even in small amounts in the fragrance. Then probably very boozy fragrances and very smoky ones (with emphasis on the very 🤢). But, a lot of my other disliked fragrances when they are toned down and mixed with other notes can be alright. Kringle Candle has a very authentic Blueberry Muffin wax melt and candle and it’s the only one I like.🫐
Scents I don’t like Rose, Apple, Licorice, heavy florals, boozy fragrances, chocolate, and I’m probably in the minority on this but I do not like Sweet on Paris. I don’t know why b/c I love blackberry bakery and I love lemon bakery but mixed together in there I can’t stand it. It makes my stomach turn. it smells like a body care bakery. I think there’s musk in there. And whenever there’s musk in a bakery blend it makes it lean body care to my nose. 🤷🏻♀️
Oh, I forgot Sugared Spruce. That one smells like a nail salon to my nose. The smell of it reminds me of the fill in stuff they put on your acrylic nails.
I just recently tried Sweet on Paris and liked it. It was a blend from second and spruce. I can see how musk with bakery could be a turn off. I love musk though😂
🙋🏻♀️I do. Lol. 🤷🏻♀️ I like anise/black licorice scents. Also I like chocolate scents cold, but warmed I don’t at all. Every sniffer differs is so true! 😆
You are not alone. I hear that a lot. I don't love florals either but I do enjoy some like Jasmine. There are some florals that I call heady, like gardenia or lily that can be too much
Teddy Bee's lost in the Orange Grove is one of my favorites from them 🥰
It's beautiful

It’s definitely a learning process and now I am pretty clear on the not for me scents.
I love Destination Wax Pink Sari, its amazing.
Baby powder notes, strong florals, peach, fizzy/soda type scents are my no no's.
I don't mind those but peach can be iffy
I knew chocolate, Blueberry, and champagne, but didn't know violet or peanut butter. ❤
I don’t think I’ve purchased much with either of those for that reason. Although Graham Cracker Crunch is ok. Dani really likes that one so last week when she was visiting she took that one. 😂
Carbs 🙌🏻 carbs rule the world, Martha 🍻 great no-no’s! The too sweets and patchouli, when it smells like bad ditch weed, is a big no-no.
Bad patchouli is definitely gross🤢
I love chocolate in wax and my husband despises it so we don’t melt much in this home. 😂
I can’t do heavy maple scents either. I am not a fan of peanut butter in wax, but oh man I love to eat it. 🥜
Great video liked hearing what you don’t like. ❤
It's always tough when your partner doesn't like the same scents. Does your husband have a favorite scent?
@@Martha_FragranceCorner he loves vanilla and nag Champa, he really like the incense scents.
Powdery, Heavy Floral, Cologne/Perfume, Lots of cashmere and most Orange scents are my No No’s
I like most of those 😂
Aww thank you for the shout out ❤
Of course! I'm glad you started making videos

Same. I love citrus but lately I’ve noticed a certain orange oil is not for me
I’ve only really tried Christmas Eve in Cookie land and I love that one. Now you have me thinking that maybe I did try another in a sample and I didn’t love the cookie land in that one. 🤔
I made violet jelly a few years ago you might like that.
I also don’t like orange scents at all. But I like orange juice and oranges
I love oranges in real life too. Violet jelly? I've never heard of it.
@@Martha_FragranceCorner oh well then this will be a shocker. I make dandelion jelly every year 🤣 and no it’s not a Canadian thing everyone who sees me doing it thinks it’s so weird and then I give them a jar
Thank you for doing this tag. Taking notes. Although I can guess a few 😅
This was a great tag!
Watching now, and Oh My Goodness, Same on Tomatoes. Also apples --- any form of apple is amazing, but I can't stand apple juice. I just can't drink it.
@@eddaharrison2030 that's so interesting!
That is interesting about apple juice. I don't drink it very often. My youngest loves the sparkling apple cider
I love chocolate but I also don’t like chocolate scent notes.
I love strawberries and strawberry cake but I still can’t stand strawberry pound cake and so many people love it
Do you like Scentsy's Strawberry Lemon Cake?
@@Martha_FragranceCorner yes I do like that one actually

If I got funky foot from CCAT I wouldn’t like it either 😅 Nobody wants their house to smell like that! I don’t like Rose at all either
😂

We differ on powdery scents. I do like those😁
Coconut shortbread cookies gives me that waxy/plastic note you were talking about!
I hate that I smell it because I want to love all the coconuts
I love all the orange scents except Valencia orange. I don't know why but ooh I can't stand it.
Now that you say that I think I like Valencia orange. It's in Scenty's Sea Salt & Avocado and I love that scent.

I can't say my teeth have been sensitive from scents. But my stomachs turn easily
I love all muffins 😅 blueberry muffins are amazing. Oh yeah I love carbs too ❤
Why are carbs so good!
I love cc@t blends
It's a very popular blend. I wish I could love it.
Hi Martha
I love when peanut butter gets sticked in the roof of my tongue lol. 🤣
Oh no! I don't like that🤣
Who likes black licorice (food or scent)? I want to know 😅
Me too! Let me meet this person! 😂
@@mrs.i.one12 well, my husband likes to eat black licorice. That also explains some of his other crazy behaviors 🤣
@XizhousScentStudio 😆😂🤣😂🤣😂

Floral is a big fat no to me. Instant migraine trigger
You are not alone. I hear that a lot. I don't love florals either but I do enjoy some like Jasmine. There are some florals that I call heady, like gardenia or lily that can be too much
I don't care for CCAT'S either.
Yay I'm not alone! So many love it. It just smells wrong to me😁
