Ever since the Sylmar quake of 1970 the "BIG ONE" is coming and SoCal is going to slip into the sea. When you look at Venice beach these days, maybe that would be a good thing.

Realize all that matters when you get an earthquake is the depth the deeper goes the more destruction and the more you're going to feel it.
It's been coming for YEARS. All you can do is stock up on necessities and hope you're far from the epicenter when it hits. Or you can move. That's what I finally did. Arizona isn't prone to earthquakes.🌵

I didn't feel a thing (in Northridge). Where you check about earthquakes isn't Twitter/X. The USGS website lists them within seconds.
