Is anyone else really confused how all the cheerleaders make fun of/ slushie the glee club but they're always backup dancers and singers in performances?

Late response I know She probably would of but the season 4 newbies were cut off after the second half of season 5, so they didnt have a lot of time for character development, unlike the season 1 newbies getting over 3 seasons

But he can't admit it to himself which is why in his dream instead of admitting to his faults he's showing off his dance skills and his good looks to try and attract her to want to come back to him. He also knows he treated Bree badly which is why she's also after him - I think she thought she'd won him from Marley but then quickly found out he wasn't interested in her and after sleeping with her just went off with someone else so she's finding out what it's like to be dumped like you were nothing and to be passed over for the next girl in line. Still, the fact that Marley looks sad in his dream means he knows how badly he hurt her and that he has no-one to blame but himself, he's just not admitting it to himself.
This was hands down of the BEST glee performances simply because Jake is both a good singer and a great dancer. It’s so balanced, the only two other glee members that have that balance are Mr Shue and Britaney.
This is why I always rooted for Marley and Jake. Their musical chemistry is something else 😭🙌🏽 Just like how Rachel and Finn’s voices meshed SO WELL together, the same goes for Marley and Jake! They could sing whatever duet they wanted and it would sound so good 🙌🏽

Im rewatching the 4th and 5th season. SO UNDERRATED! Everybody was so focused on Rachel and Santana and the old characters, that we forgot about the new ones. They didnt even had the chance to show the entire plot. But the 4th season were really great. And Jake was the thing! And Kitty! And Marley! And Unique!
