"Badass Ma!" means "Badass ain't he?!" or "Badass isn't he?!'
And "Romba" means "very" or "extremely" 3:38
At 3:58 they're saying "keep your head down and pray to your gods" followed by "Moraikadha Nee" meaning "DON'T YOU FORGET IT!".
And at 4:32 he said "he's a freaking badass" not "freaky" XD
"rest in peace" is aimed at whoever Leo's enemies end up being in the movie, but feel free to interpret differently. The movie is in cinemas and was released yesterday, becoming the highest grossing opening day Tamil film of all time.

If i remember right from my madras experience, ma is an informal way of saying dear. Like "he is badass dear". The literal use of it is of course for mom. There is a phrase, used colloquially like: enna ma kannu? Means like What dear darling?.
Romba, means a lot. Romba adadha ma means like "dont dance/make scene a lot, dear".
I hope i remembered right.
