Cinderhulk + sunfire passive don't stack. It is fixed value meaning sunfire cape becomes useless with just armor and health value but it would be waste of gold because they are a lot of items better than 2 sunfire effect
Cinderhulk has 7 + 2xlevel in burn damage, Sunfire has 25 + 1xlevel in burn damage. Cinderhulk deals 100% extra damage against monsters, Sunfire deals 50% extra against monsters and minions. This means that Sunfire deals more damage against minions at all times, deals more damage against champions at levels 17 and below, deals more damage against monsters at levels 1-11, but gets surpassed against monsters by cinderhulk at level 12 and above. Is the difference worth it? Probably not, but it's not as massive of a waste as you make it seem here.

Botkr is used to stick to your enemies but your q, w and r already let you do that. As ww you wanna dive their carry and survive. So with the massive lifestyle and shield of bt you can easily do that. Leave killing their tanks to your teammates who build full dmg while protecting them with your fear and stuff
The cool thing about ww is that if you're ahead then you can just build full dmg like I'd go jung item, boots, botkr, titanic, wits end and tri. You'll be like super fast and shredding down everything like craaazzzy
When you end the game with ober 4 times more kills than the enemy team, it doesnt show any proof of skill, it just shows that you played against a team that stood no chance against you in the first place.
