@max quick tip for cramps, you're drinking water which is great, taking electrolytes which is great, but make sure you're getting your magnesium, zinc, iron etc... the amount of lads which eat salt, have a banana but still get loads of cramps and knots due to zinc and magnesium deficiency is mental, helped me a lot! Edit: the fact that you're a winger too and are definitely bigger than me (90kg but still about 15%BF) puts your standard/ level into perspective... fair play man... shoulders bigger than my head
