Hi mami... the curd which are using, is it a fermented curd or fresh one... bcos for normal mor kuzhambu, we will use fermented curd.. tt's y im asking... also as you said, palakkad kara will say "mor kottan" and poriyal as "uperi". Kindly clarify my doubt. New dish mor kozhambu... super
I like the idea of mom and daughter cooking the same dish at the same time ; but the interesting part is the background audio in Mylapore version ! whether it is corona or quarantina.. life should go on as usual..by being safe ..as simple as it is!!
We call this mambazhakoottaan. We fry vendhayam red chillies in little coconut oil and grind with thengai. We never use jeera for any kind of morkozhambu. You try this vendhaya vaasanayoda semmaya irukkum. Anyways urs is ur own style!👍
