Not judo today they don't have any o thad aplicacion . I wish but watching the video for me is a mix off old judo with Aikido
When the attack is not real the defend is not real. It's like robots.
This the real self defense - everything since then is a marketing ripoff
in real combat it is really not so, more like a show! but you are given ideas, and it all depends on you! if you are a warrior at heart, and not a coward, then you don't need much!
