Ima give some actual advice which no one has been able to do: So basically when the sunlight touches the zombies and skeletons they burn, and if brought to water they're able to kill you once again. The " Axe " you used is actually a Pickaxe which you can use to mine stone, iron, and ect. An axe looks like an actual axe, ya know? Maybe y'all could build a bunker, that'd be cool. There are many different types of woods and you can also use wood, Coal, and charcoal to cool things. Hope this is helpful at least a little, Good luck on future MC videos

Try to only pick axe things that you can only do with it so it lasts longer. Fing shelter immediately at night. Mining trees is the first thing you wanna do for survival. Then press e and put one type of wood in to make wood to build with. Then make Minecraft table and make shelter. Try to find sheep to build beds. I know a lot of Minecraft. Hope this helped!
