先輩たちの曲を引き継ぎながらも、新しい挑戦も欠かさない。
年々増えていくレパートリーもさることながら、一曲一曲の振り付けまで、
全員が寸分間違えず踊れる努力。並大抵の物じゃないよね。
高校生活の、たった三年間に全てを掛けることができるんだから、
尊敬の一言しかない。
日本のコメントより、海外からのコメントの方が多いという事実・・・
言葉が通じなくても、判り合えるパフォーマンス。
大げさじゃなく、貴方達は、世界平和に貢献できる数少ない逸材です。

皆さんのコメントを読んでいると京都橘高校吹奏楽部を待ちわびてた感じがアリアリ（ヒシヒシ）と伝わってきます。
この一年半待ちわびてた事が心躍らせる京都橘高校吹奏楽部のマーチングでした。橘ロスを皆さんと共に感じていたんだと思います。
変な人は団結して排除して行きましょう。京都橘高校吹奏楽部の為なら暇は惜しまないです。それほど素晴らしい京都橘高校吹奏楽部でした。また全国大会も絶対に！！
オレンジちゃん達が帰ってきた、こんなに嬉しい事はない。
とてもよい環境のマーチングに見えます。周りの風景も良かった。別府ってええ所ですね。何より京都橘のマーチングがノビノビしてる(笑)。去年も今年も色んな制約があって練習も儘ならなかったと思いますが、しばらくぶりに皆さんの勇姿を楽しめました。有り難う御座います☺️
他でも世界中の橘ファンのコメントが有りましたね。
学業と部活の両立は大変だと思いますがどうか身体に気をつけて頑張って下さいね！
行進時のステップや振り付けが、以前よりより技巧的になったような気がする。

もう何回もこの映像を観て思います、橘は先輩と同じ曲のメドレーを演奏しても、毎年オリジナリティにあふれている事に圧倒されます。また、まさか新曲で路上エクササイズをするとは！輝かしい先輩たちもビックリでしょうネ！そして、めんたぷーコーチの指導なのか、パーカス隊の輝きは只者ではありませんネ！鉄琴ちゃん、スネアちゃん、バスドラちゃん、もうこのままローズパレードに！2024年か！三田ちゃん、チッピ、ルイ、もちろん、めんたぷー先輩も一緒のパーカス隊。夢です！

橘音さま ご投稿、感謝感謝です。「Down by the Riverside」から始まる橘のパレード、そして「Disney medley」本当に久しぶりの動画です。パフォーマンスも素晴らく安心しました。いつも、これくらい広い道路で演奏させてあげたいものです！さらに、めんたぷーコーチ、パレード動画デビューですネ！
ついに橘もう一度公開に現れた。今回は新たな振り付けことがある、嬉しい。
一段と上手くなった橘がみられて嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。

パレード ハロウィンパージョン 振り付けすごいです ここまで考える橘は構成は最高。
ハロウィンだ．．オリンピックよりこちらのパフォーマンス楽しみに待ってました。
見慣れない顔がいっぱい。
それだけ出番に恵まれなかった。
新陳代謝しているのにこのレベル続けていられるのはホントに期待を裏切らない。
このチームの程良い自由さが各自ホントに好きで参加しているのが伝わってきて微笑ましい。
サックスの列に見慣れない楽器が．．．
久しぶりに画像が見られ本当に嬉しく、楽しんで拝見させて頂きました。これからも見られると嬉しいですね。全国大会も頑張って欲しいですね。

初めて現地でパフォーマンスを拝見しました。朝から曇っていましたがパレードが始まる頃には快晴でしたね。
目の前で生徒さん靴が脱げるというハプニングも目撃出来ました。
生パフォーマは迫力ありますね。
結構ハプニングじゃあ無くて、コンテストでも「アルアルねた」ですよ！ パレードの時は後尾に補助を置かないと彼女たち、演奏続けて平気で靴、置いて行くからネ！

Arigatou.... Job well done !! Nice smooth camera work under less than idea conditions. One comment however, there are plenty of students behind the Sousaphone ranks (lines), Trumpets, clarinets and flutes....we need to see and enjoy them as well. Thanks again, it's been far too long since we've been able to enjoy this wind club. Hope to see more of your work soon. Thank you from a U.S host family....

Possibly the most eagerly awaited performance in the history of marching bands (by the crowds roadside as well as us) - and well worth the wait! Their new choreography seems even livelier and more energetic than before and is extremely impressive and probably more physically demanding, I just hope they haven't ditched "Fireball" and "Singx3" from the repertoire! BTW, they were following the Fabulous Seika Girls in this parade so the crowd really got their money's worth (sic) wish I'd been there so many thanks for the upload!
"Singx3" is a permanent part of KT's repertoire. "Fireball" was only in the repertoire from 2016 to 2018.

別の動画コメントで脱げた靴が有ると言って、見たら、道路に脱げた靴が有ったので、自分も本当だと思って見ていたのですが、それを京都橘高校吹奏楽部のスタッフメンバーが10:13過ぎぐらいに脱げた靴を履かせてますね Good Job ありがとうございます。
この道路は急勾配の長い下り坂なので相当なGが足にかかって、靴が脱げても、仕方ないです。

This was music.and marching at it's finest from a truely remarkable school band in Japan from.belfast northern ireland
First time I seen anyone in KT playing the bass clarinet in parade. 0:48, girl in front of tuba player on this side. Also glad to see them again in parade or in sit down event. Thanks for sharing.
With only two Bari Saxophones, the senior of the three graduated in December so they might have needed a little more in the lower reed registers, just a guess..... but if they have the people to play the instrument, let 'em do it.
I seen other Japanese marching bands or sit down bands , that may have had bass clarinet and or bassoon in their performances. But this is the first time I've ever seen anyone from KT , playing the bass clarinet. Just pointing it out.
@@dragonsong1023 There are a few others where it happened. The first one that comes to mind is when they did the pre-game performance at the Arrows Volleyball game, about 3 years ago... +/-.
Most of the time the students that play the "non-marching' instruments of oboe, bassoon, English horn, and bass clarinet, march in the 'Color Guard' - Tall Flag Corps, Banner Corps. or in the percussion section. What ever works.....
I found another video where someone loses a shoe ,th-cam.com/video/YZGli3a1Ix4/w-d-xo.html . At 9:19 you see the shoe at center line of the road & the girl picks it up , puts it back on .
Oh and they won national gold in band competition 11/21/21.

The old and the new.
I'm happy to hear so many of the old classics alongside some new.
The choreography was great, glad to see that Kyoto Tachibana didn't drop the ball during the lockdowns.
I believe that much of what we've seen is specific to this Halloween march in Beppu, but it shows that thought and (as usual) a lot of practice has gone into this march.
The stretching exercise was a surprise (and fun), the zombie walk was funny, and the position swapping was a great idea -I've been waiting for someone to have that idea for a while, now- It needs more practice, but I can see Tachibana doing that regularly on marches, and foot perfect, in the future.
The little lass with the xylophone (glockenspiel) is pure gold. Another case of kawaii overload. Her zombie walk was the cutest. She could be another Chippi if she let herself go. She certainly seemed to be enjoying herself, here.
All in all, I'm a happy camper to see this band active again, and I hope the drought is over.

By the way, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Great choreography, great singing (though an element does seem to be missing from the word), one of my Tachibana favourites. Glad it was included.

This KTSHS band consists of current 118th, 119th and 120th students, i.e. 3rd, 2nd and first year students.
Cf. The KTSHS band of 2018 Rose Parade consisted of 114th, 115th, 116th students and alumni.

10:44 みんなが腰を落とすところではバリトンサックスは垂直のままだけれど、バスクラリネット(初めて見た！)は斜めにしていたり…
久しぶりの橘は進化していていつまでも見飽きません！
パーカッションのバスドラやスネア、タム、シンバルは、島コーチならではのリズムです。アメリカでの修行の賜だと思います。

今さらですが、いつもコメントありがとうございます。
この動画は他にも沢山の方からコメントをもらってるので、
削除して再アップするのも忍びないかなとも思ってます。
もう少し様子を見ることにしますね。
感心したのは今回のサポートメンバーのリーダーなのかな、白Tの方。シューズが脱げてしまった子をすぐに把握し履かせてあげる、これが橘の総合力ですね。靴を拾ったクラリのリーダーもメンバー想いが溢れこれも感動。
「サポートメンバー」について補足します。
「マーチング・カーニバル in 別府」は2021年に初めて行われたイベントでした。そのため様子がわからず安全を考え水補給担当を多めに用意したのか？パレードに参加できない生徒が多く残念だなとも思いましたが、実は去年まではなかったイベントに参加しますので、部員と云うか生徒達のリソース調整も必要だったのでしょう。
卒業後の進路を真剣に考える高校三年生部員の秋は忙しいです。このイベントが行われたのは2021年10月31日ですが、2021年11月21日には久々に「第34回全日本マーチングコンテストの全国大会」も控えていました。そのため3年生部員の何人かは「マーチング・カーニバル in 別府」の出場とそのための練習を諦め、大阪城ホールでのマーコンの練習に注力したメンバーがいます。11:58オレンジのユニフォームを着て"お水係"をしている3年生部員が該当します。
11:58上下黒色で白っぽいストライプのジャージを着ている"お水係"の方々もいますが、この方々も京都橘高校吹奏楽部の部員です。彼女たちは普段からマーチングには参加せず、譜面の手配や楽器のメンテナンスを行う部員だそうです。

前後左右にステップが複雑にパワーアップしているので、8:52 あたりで靴が脱げてしまったようですが、10:12 サポート係が素早くスーザフォンに戻していますね。こういうハプニングにもまったく動じないのはさすがだと思います。

Tachibana means the mini-oragne fluits. So the costume color is orange.
