Video shows the Softmatic barcode font package for Excel 365 for bulk creating Code 128 barcodes.
Step by step:
1. Use Excel auto-fill to create 25 sequential numbers in column "A"
2. Switch to the Add-Ins tab, locate the Softmatic add-in and click "Create Barcode"
3. Select barcode type "Code 128"
4. Set position, then choose the size of the code and the human readable text under the code.
5. Click "Ok"
The add-in will then create the barcodes and set the formatting for the cells, doing all necessary data conversion and check digit calculation in the background. With the encoded data purely numeric, the font converter will automatically choose subset Code 128 C for the encoding, resulting in a very compact symbol.
