আজকের দিনে "মধ্যগ্রাম " "অশোকনগর" ছাড়া "বিরিয়ানী" "পোলাউ " ছাড়া ও যে এই সব চলচিত্রের মতো ফুড ভ্লগিং বেঁচে আছে সেটা দেখে খুব ভালো লাগছে আর নিজেও একজন content creator হিসাবে আমি মনে প্রাণে চাইবো এরম ভিডিও আরো , আরো হোক !
এখন আর এপিসোড গুলো ফুড ব্লগিংয়ের পর্যায়ে থাকছে না, পেশাদারী ডকুমেন্টারি ফিল্মের পর্যায়ে চলে গেছে। এই পরিবর্তন টা আমার বেশ ভালো লাগছে।

আগের দুটো episode এ বলেছি, আবারও বলছি যে Goa r কথা উঠলেই আমি আর থাকতে পারি না. 1. 1st episode এর comments এ বলেছিলাম Chicken Cafreal খেতে, and 2nd episode এর comments এ suggest করেছিলাম Ritz Classic এর Thali. এই episode এ দুটোই feature করছে--- thank you ! 2. Florentine খুব ভালো --- but একটা পাতলা goli দিয়ে ঢুকতে হয় যেখানে দুটো গাড়ি পাশাপাশি যাওয়ারও jayega নেই......but later the lane opens out and there is enough space for parking. This is a stand alone restaurant famous for its Chicken Cafreal. একটা অসাধারণ dessert banaye ওরা...নাম Crepe Florentine --- ভেতরে পুরer মধ্যে গুড় and icecream দিয়ে বানানো. 3. Kokum Curry r একটা branch Candolim এও আছে , Delfinos super market এর পাশে. 4. People's beer খাচ্ছেন দেখলাম--- local beer , বেশ ভালো . 5. Smoke is famous for its smoked meat ..... প্রায় shob item smoker e দিয়ে দেয় ... but taste is great. Apart from the Pork Belly which is a signature dish , they also serve very nice Pork spare ribs, Chicken leg and Chicken Poutine ( made with crispy fries and lots of gravy, shredded chicken and cheese ) . It is run by a bearded Canadian national named Geoff . All three episodes enjoy করলাম ......... I live in Kolkata , but Goa মোটামুটি আমার রক্তের সঙ্গে মিশে গেছে 😀😀

Chonak is similar to Bhetki, Both are Sea Bass/Barramundi. In Goa its typically Rawa (sooji) coated and fried.
I thoroughly enjoyed all three Goa series; they were fantastic. I'd love to see a similar series filmed in Kerala. 👍👍👍

তবে একটা কথা ভিডিও তে সাউন্ড টা যদি একটু খেয়াল করেন যখন voice over করেছেন বা music অ্যাড করেছেন তখন সাউন্ড খুব loud আর অন্যসময় সাউন্ড কম ফলে দেখার সময় সর্বদা সাউন্ড adjust করতে হচ্ছে।ধন্যবাদ🙏

The goan prawn curry at Ritz is just amazing, I usually eat at their Mall de Goa Branch in Porvorim. The gymkhana branch is vintage. Next trip do eat at Kokni Kanteen in panjim they are known for their saraswat thalis and extremely popular in Goa.

মুম্বই তে বসে অনেকের মুখেই শুনেছি গোয়া তে মারাঠি খাবারের একটা প্রভাব আছে, সেটা আপনার এপিসোড গুলোর মধ্যে দেখলাম। তিনটেই খুবই ভাল হয়েছে। গোয়ার মতো বৈচিত্র্য পূর্ণ খাবারের জন্য যেতে পারেন কেরল, রাজস্থান, গুজরাত, কাশ্মীর কিংবা কর্ণাটক, পাজ্ঞাব।

প্রচুর কিছু খেলাম, কিন্তু মন ভরলো না। ঠিক সেইরকম অনুভূতি হলো। সবই সুন্দর, তবে যেন পরিমাণে বড্ডো অল্প। গোয়ায় কখনও যাওয়া হয়নি। গেলে, কোথায় থাকলে বেশ মন ভরে যায়, যদি পরামর্শ পাই ভালো লাগবে।
