    Thanks authentic receipe ...normal sugar ne powder Karine levay? And fry karva je ghee lidhu te pachi laddu vadvama levay?

      ખાંડને મીક્ષરમાં દળીને (દળેલી ખાંડ) ઉમેરવાથી લાડુ માં ખાંડનું પાણી વળે છે. એટલે બૂરું ખાંડ ઉમેરશો તો લાડુ નું ટેક્ષ્ચર વધુ સારું આવશે. પણ બૂરું ખાંડ ઘરમાં હાજર ન હોય તો દળેલી ખાંડ ઉમેરી શકો છો. તળવામાં લીધેલું ઘી ગાળીને પછી લાડુ વાળવામાં ઉપયોગમાં લઇ શકાય છે.આભાર

      જો તમે મોણ અને તળવામાં પણ ઘીનો ઉપયોગ કરો તો જેટલો ઘઉંનો જાડો લોટ લીધો હોય એટલું જ લગભગ ઘી વપરાય છે. એટલે 2 કિલો 600 ગ્રામ ઘી લીધું હોય તો એટલો જ લોટ લેવો કારણકે અત્યારે શિયાળો છે તો ઘી જલ્દી જામી જાય લાડવામાં એટલે ઘી ઓછું લેશો તો લાડું એકદમ ડ્રાય બનશે. ગોળ તો તમે જેટલું ગળપણ પસંદ કરતા હોવ તે પ્રમાણે લઈ શકાય છે. પણ ગોળનું માપ 1 કિલો લોટ હોય તો 600 થી 650 ગ્રામ સુધી બરાબર છે.

      50 વ્યક્તિ માટે લાડુ બનાવવા હોય તો ટોટલ 2 કિલો લોટ લેવાનો જેમાં 1.5 (દોઢ) કિલો ઘઉંનો જાડો લોટ, 250 ગ્રામ બેસન અને 250 ગ્રામ ઝીણો રવો
      ગળપણ માટે 600 ગ્રામ બૂરું ખાંડ અને મોણ તથા તળવા માટે થઈને 800 ગ્રામ થી 1 કિલો ઘી વપરાશે (જો મુઠીયા તળવા માટે કે મોણમાં તેલનો ઉપયોગ કરો તો ઘીનું માપ ઘટાડી જોઈતા પ્રમાણમાં તેલ લઈ શકાય છે) બાકીની સામગ્રીમાં ઈલાયચી પાવડર અને સૂકો માવો જોઈતા પ્રમાણમાં લઈ શકાય છે. આટલી ક્વોન્ટીટીમાં મધ્યમ સાઈઝનાં 75 થી 80 નંગ લાડુ તૈયાર થશે. જમણવાર માટે બનાવો તો નાના છોકરા પ્રસાદીનો બગાડ ન કરે તેના માટે લાડુની સાઇઝ થોડી નાની રાખવી વધારે સારી રહેશે.

      Yes, If you want then you can add the milk but can't store it for more then 2 days on room temperature.

      હા, તે રીતે પણ કરી શકાય છે. પણ મુઠીયા તળીને કરીએ તો પણ ચણાનો લોટ અંદર ભેગો શેકાઈ જ જાય છે.

      100 gram Ghee kadai ma garam kari ema 100 gram ghau no kakro lot umeri sukhdi banavie em lot ne ghee ma badami thaay tya sudhi sekine ek vaasan ma kaadhi Levo pachi shekela lot ma dryfruit, kopra ni chhin add Kari mix karo.
      Fari thi Kadai ma 150 gram ghee lai tema 400 gram Gol (jaggery) add kari gol melt thay tya sudhi mix karo, gol no paayo nathi karvano fakt gol ne melt karvano che, melt karela gol ghee na mishran ne sekela ghau na lot ma add Kari mix karo 10min mate thandu thava do pachi navseku garam hoy tyare ema 100 gram suki methi no powder (sekya Vina no kacho) add Kari mix kari, laadu banavi lo.
      (Jo pregnanancy mate banava hoy to upar ni rite banavi sakay che, Ane pregnancy mate na hoy to andar sunth, ganthoda, gundar badhu iccha pramane add kari sakay che)

      Hello, if you add jaggery then no need to give rest to the mixture.

      For Prepare the Bura first make 3 string thick sugar syrup and add some ghee while making it. Let it become cool on room temperature then grind it in mixture jar.

      બૂરું ખાંડ બનાવવા માટે ખાંડ ની પતાસા જેવી ઘટ્ટ ચાસણી કરી ઠરે પછી ક્રશ કરવામાં આવે છે જેના લીધે તેનું ટેક્ષચર દાણેદાર હોય છે જ્યારે દળેલી ખાંડ એટલે refined sugar (ખાંડ) ને મિક્સર માં દળીને બનાવાય છે જેના લીધે તેનું ટેક્ષ્ચર લીસુ હોય છે.
