- Hi everyone!!! In this episode of #StyledByJazminWhitley I feel like you'll get to know a little bit more about my health and fitness journey, I'm starting a 6 week challenge with STRIDE and working with michele canon to transform into the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of myself! (I'm freaking out a little) #HEALTH #FITNESS #FASHION
I also style Corinna Copf and the Merrell twins for Coachella! We go over fun outfits and plan things at a late night fitting. Lastly I styled Brooke and Paige hyland for a photo shoot at the Langham in Pasadena.

I was OBSESSED with Corinna’s look. That pastel dress is one of the most beautiful pieces I’ve seen. Perfect Coachella look 😍 also, that colorful striped outfit that Paige wore...living for it. Summer vibes for sure and it looked awesome on her!

I'm actually SO excited to keep following along with this series. My whole childhood/ teen years I was a dancer and had quite a low body fat %. Over the past 2 years I went up to 40% body fat and had no idea why it had changed so dramatically. I've recently been diagnosed with PCOS and while I was initially devastated and overwhelmed by the journey ahead of me series like this continue to motivate me on my fitness journey/ plan to get back on track :)
Jordy Blogs girl I was just diagnosed with PCOS late last year!!! I could def talk about it when I do my update, I think a lot of us are going through similar struggles. It’s really overwhelming and there are so many videos of girls that make it sound so simple and easy “how I lost 20lbs” and it’s literally them talking about drinking more water and eating more veggies. LOL this journey is going to actually show how I feel. I hope this helps us stay on track with a healthy lifestyle.

Do you know that app called episode? the one with stories and stuff. Well, today I decided that I wanted to write a story and I started to see how the app works. Im 22 and i feel sometimes so overwhelmed that I need to write down how I feel, and i have wrote before and I see this as an opportunity and I discovered a button called "outfits" and guess who started to create outfits instead of learning how the app works? YEAH, ME! I created so many looks, and I loved it. Seriously I felt so happy, that gave me the inspiration to actually work on my story and use those outfits. And of course I tell you this because you're an inspiration for me. And by the way, I'm obsessed with healthy food and a healthy life BUT I never do anything about it. Another thing you inspire me to do: working on my healthy habits.
