For the 4th coin to activate, the third coin needs to roll heads, and the target's hp but be under 25% of its max. So if one of these two isn't met, the 4th coin isn't rolled.

On abno fight it only count the body part health not the actual abno itself
Like a Abno with 800 health but Skill 2 hits a Abno part thats 25% below max HP(And said part doesnt permanently removed when broken unlike say Steam Machine hand) the Skill 2 4th Coin will proc

This have mix bag in me
In one hand his coin power are insane
But his passive can be a downgrade copy of his base ID and straight upgrade
While base id only need 2 sloth to heal 6 sp,he only heal 4sp with the normal 2 glutton res and 6sp at 3
If you want to heal his sp fast you require to run a glutton sin affinity team,but at that point his sp already full,then the gluttony team kinda meh now.
Yeah 20% dmg in support is nice,but heal sp for allies with least sp + mersault brother
Your team can regen sp after using ego like crazy, and you can feel it very clearly in railway when fighting fox
