My plea to CRPD to discontinue its spraying of Roundup herbicide on 70 acres of our parks

Please join me in trying to convince Conejo Recreation and Park District to discontinue spraying of toxic herbicide Roundup on 70 acres of our parks. Because of the water shortage in California, CRPD would like to replace the grass in parks with wood chips and use Roundup herbicide to kill the grass, but I'd prefer if they'd let the grass die naturally by simply not watering it--the World Health Organization has said that Roundup herbicide "probably causes cancer." Here I am speaking up at the CRPD Board Meeting 7/16/2015. Please speak up too :)
