Then as the bass drops I imagine neon streaks flying across the sky above the city and above me... like flashes of a galaxy below the dark and gloomy clouds. And as I sit there and it gets darker.. Then I perused the comments and found that many people felt very touched by the music, the song, so I listened to it a few more times, thinking I could trick my brain into liking it out of familiarity. But I couldn't, the machinist voice and the overly perfect repetitive beats were too jarring for me. Then I realised that I was looking at it wrong. It was a piece of someone's identity. No one else in the world could make that type of music, and that person was no more with us. So I listened to it again, and the poetry of the words took a new light, man. The repetitive beats became meditative, both in the beginning and at the end. It still followed the rules for music. The voice still felt alien, but that is what the music, the song expected me to feel. The words are short and easy, making it familiar but the voice was different than expected everytime. This very aloofness was being described in the song itself. This is why the song took a new flight in meaning. I was mind blown when it finally clicked, when I heard, " Birds will sing if we fall." I had just become one of the many who revered this song for its uniqueness, from someone who felt this was just noise. I fell for it in that instant. And the last time I heard it, I was too deep in meditation to the end beats to realise that the music was over a few minutes ago, and I was listening to music that my brain had conjured up. If that is not true art I don't know what that is. Thank you for this.

its been over a decade since i started listening to EDM music, during all these years i was into lot of artists. i always wanted to know Tim's (AVICII) work but never got a time to do. so when covid pandemic happened i started downloading all his music and once i started listening to it man i got stunned the level of creativity he had putted to his work is totally out of this world, the melodies, harmonies, lyrics, a total mixture of true EDM artist. Sadly on 20 April 2018 we all lost him but i know his music will live forever through me and all his fans.

Then one day I was like, "I think I'll just download all his albums and listen" My mind was BLOWN!!! His melodies were awesome. Song's were off the charts. its been over a decade since i started listening to EDM music, during all these years i was into lot of artists. i always wanted to know Tim's (AVICII) work but never got a time to do. so when covid pandemic happened i started downloading all his music and once i started listening to it man i got stunned the level of creativity he had putted to his work is totally out of this world, the melodies, harmonies, lyrics, a total mixture of true EDM artist. Sadly on 20 April 2018 we all lost him but i know his music will live forever through me and all his fans.
Heh, exact same thing happened to me. Here and there I'd listen to whatever the radio was playing of his.
Then one day I was like, "I think I'll just download all his albums and listen" My mind was BLOWN!!! His melodies were awesome. Song's were off the charts. Then it got me sad that he died and we'd never get anything new anymore.
